Fabian, if you know him, is an extremely busy and highly motivated business owner. By his own admission “not one for the gym and proper nutrition”, but with an underlying thought like us all to improve his health, fitness and lifestyle but he “hadn’t the time”. Im not fit, can anyone do it?

Simple answer YES, your trainer will test you on numerous areas on day 1 – then implement a programme to achieve your FAST results.
