1 to 1 Personal Training
This training concept provides the unique training environment for individuals who desire 100% focus from a trainer. It is ideal for the client who lacks the motivation to train, who has been inactive for some time and who needs direction and encouragement.
It is also desirable for the client who finds training on his/her own preferable for maximum results or for the sporting enthusiast who wishes to move to the next level.
All sessions are based on 1 hour.
1 to 1 and 1 to 2 sessions are based on 6 weeks minimum while group training is 12 weeks minimum.
1 to 2 Personal Training
This training concept is ideal for couples, family members, friends or work colleagues who benefit from the encouragement and support of exercising together.
As always with an experienced trainer, this option provides a wide variety of enjoyable exercises and is entirely catered to each individual’s exercise goals.

Group Training
The most popular option is small group personal training, which consists of a maximum of 5 people training both individually and together in the studio to achieve superb results.
The enjoyable atmosphere of a dedicated group of men or women makes this option suitable for all individuals, of any age, wishing to achieve fitness and weight loss in a controlled manner.
