Patrick Doherty
My passion for personal training and fitness training derives originally from working with top athletes from boxing to team sports, working with senior GAA club teams all over Ireland and testing Premier League soccer teams in England while at University where study of nutrition and fitness training was a daily occurrence. My enthusiasm for the field was further augmented while working as fitness coach with St Patricks Athletic FC in Dublin.
Now residing locally I aim to carry out testing, and implement conditioning programmes and coaching sessions for all local teams and individual athletes, with a strong interest in boxing, golf and all racket sports.
