After the birth of her 2nd child Sonia aim was to return to work in better shape than before her 1st and 10kg lighter. We beat that and in 18 weeks she lost 13kg (28.6lbs), 8.1% body fat AND 27.75 inches of her main body areas. Meaning she lost it all as body fat and not as valuable fluid and lean muscle. She also has completed a 10k & all of this done juggling 2 kids, returning to work & maintaining a social life like so many.

Once he arrived in we tailored his nutrition around his job and put in simple exercises on top of his 2 hourly sessions with us.
